Andreanna is an ESG-focused lawyer with a strong foundation in capital markets and corporate legal advisory. Leveraging her 8 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance, along with her LLM specializing in Green Financing, she is well-positioned to provide in-depth legal advisory services that integrate sustainability principles into corporate and financial practices.

Her expertise spans equity capital markets, corporate finance, and commercial matters, including advising on complex reorganizations of listed companies, cross-border mergers, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements. With a focus on bridging her knowledge of ESG with practical legal solutions, Andreanna aims to drive sustainability and business innovation in Malaysia and across ASEAN.

Andreanna commenced her legal career at Zaid Ibrahim & Co. in 2014, where she was retained as an Associate in the Corporate Finance and Securities practice group. For a large part of her practice, she has advised on significant corporate transactions and regulatory matters.

In 2018, she was awarded the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship to pursue an LLM at Queen Mary University of London, specializing in Green Financing. Her thesis, "Accelerating Green Financing Across ASEAN”, received high distinction and was recognized for its insightful recommendations on integrating environmental sustainability into financial systems. Upon completing her LLM in 2019, Andreanna rejoined Zaid Ibrahim & Co. as a Senior Associate, focusing on corporate finance transactions and regulatory compliance. She was promoted to Partner in 2022.

Today, Andreanna is committed to helping Malaysian and ASEAN businesses navigate sustainability-linked regulations, green financing instruments, and corporate governance best practices, leveraging her academic expertise and legal experience.
