Ari Zulkarnain advises public sector and corporate clients on matters relating to Law reform, legislative modernization, policy & regulatory development, policy advocacy and operational strategy. He has worked on projects in matters such as modernizing the planning laws, anti-dumping legislation, development of agile regulations, development on Artificial Intelligence (AI) guideline for enterprise, development of the concert application guidelines, operational & regulatory strategy for the National Regulatory Sandbox, and policy development for the National startup ecosystem.

His advise to clients includes both regulatory and non-regulatory recommendations, by which allows the proposed legislative changes to have the best effect. His background in the public sector allows for a deep understanding on the concerns and expectations for drafting legislation. He focuses on regulations that involve new innovation matters, technology policy and other areas that both public sector and corporate clients need insight on.

He also organizes legal clinics (in conjunction with ZICO Labs) for startups and enterprises across the country to give direct advice on legal & operational strategy.
