Shanice Golder is an Associate in the Business Law team undertaking a variety of banking and finance matters including real estate acquisition funding, development finance, bridging finance, mezzanine debt and subordinated capital.

Shanice graduated with an LLB (First Class Hons) in Law from the University of Surrey, and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford achieving Distinction.

She has worked across TWM’s offices since 2016 as a Commercial Property and Enfranchisement paralegal, before commencing her training contract with TWM in 2019. She qualified as a solicitor in the Business Law department in August 2021.

Shanice is a qualified (FAQ Level 2) Workplace Mental Health Responder and Wellbeing Representative for TWM’s Social Committee. I
