Demelza is a highly experienced and respected Solicitor and collaborative lawyer.  In addition to high net worth and complex financial cases, Demelza also deals with challenging children cases, in particular those involving drug and/or alcohol abuse.  Demelza has a national reputation for her expertise in dealing with sperm donor agreements, both preparing agreements for prospective donors and recipient couples, and advising on historic agreements drafted by other practitioners where problems have arisen.

Demelza is regularly recommended by professional contacts, existing and former clients to provide second opinions for individuals who are not satisfied with their representation, either providing reassurance that they are receiving reasonable advice from their current Solicitor, or taking over conduct of the matter.

Demelza is committed to helping clients to use an amicable and constructive approach to resolving issues, with a view to keeping their personal and economic dignity intact. Demelza qualified as a Solicitor in 1999, becoming a Partner at TWM in 2004.
