Recognised by Legal Business as a leading expert in both E-Commerce and Franchising. Listed as a notable practitioner in Corporate/M&A in the 2012 Chambers Global Directory, being named as a "Foreign Expert" for the UK and as an "Expert Based Abroad" for France and Germany.

Clients have included a very large range of businesses, from large publicly listed companies (UK and overseas) to individual entrepreneurs, in many different business sectors, including retail, travel and leisure, IT, healthcare, financial and professional services, advertising, media, music and publishing.  Having represented seven national motor dealer councils, as well as a large number of individual dealerships (ranging from sole traders to public listed groups), has gained a strong reputation in the automotive sector and, over the past 12 years, has also developed a particular connection with French clients seeking to do business in or with the UK.
