Position

Tom has a wide range of experience of advising in both Claimant and Defendant personal injury matters including particular expertise in the health sector having previously represented numerous NHS Trusts and providing advice on liability issues including high value clinical negligence claims.

Tom has advised on claims relating to: birth injuries (involving Erb’s palsy and other hypoxic brain injuries), spinal injuries, delay in diagnosis of cancer and failings in mental health treatment.

Additionally Tom is used to giving advice on procedural matters concerning the handling of legal issues, insurance questions and inquests.

A fluent German speaker, Tom has experience in handling international litigation matters particularly involving travel insurance issues.
