Rebecca has over 15 years experience in the real estate sector working on all aspects of residential development and regeneration projects for both public and private sector organisations.
Rebecca has a diverse client base and acts for developers, housebuilders, contractors, registered providers and local authorities. She specialises in real estate acquisition and sales, transaction structuring, development, regeneration, joint ventures and partnerships and has particular expertise in student accommodation and build to rent projects. She advises on the real estate aspects of development financing having acted for numerous clients seeking funding solutions.
