Trowers & Hamlins LLP acts for investors, developers, local authorities and government departments in their development and regeneration schemes. The firm has recently shown particular strength in the life sciences, senior living and build-to-rent asset classes. The team is led by Suzanne Benson, who is based in Manchester, and Kyle Holling. Rebecca Wardle is experienced in joint venture support, while Andy Barnard is a veteran in regeneration scheme matters. Mixed-use specialist Patrick Morris and build-to-rent expert Lizzie Pillinger are other key members of the practice. Jessica Arczynski was made partner in July 2023 alongside Shahliza Chaudary. In January 2024, Katie Dyer left the practice, with Lucy Doran and Katie Todd exiting the following February. Adrian Leavey has also made his departure from the firm.
