Career
Paul is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins’ Disputes Resolution department, based in Birmingham.
Paul heads up the contentious construction practice in Birmingham, and specialises in the resolution of construction and engineering disputes, through litigation, adjudication, arbitration, and ADR.
Paul is vastly experienced in advising contractors, subcontractors, developers, housebuilders, and local authority clients on all manner of construction and engineering disputes, and very familiar with all standard forms of contract.
Paul has significant recent experience of acting in a number of complex multi-party disputes relating to building fire safety in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower disaster; bringing professional negligence claims against a number of construction industry professionals; and acting for contractors and subcontractors in numerous adjudications.
