Patrick has a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors and specialises in real estate development, including property aspects of major projects.

Patrick acts for a number of large funds, institutions, developers, overseas investors, major corporate clients and charities. On the public sector side his clients include government bodies and many local authorities and he has extensive experience in the education and healthcare sectors.

Patrick deals with high value and complex commercial property and mixed use projects which often require innovative consideration of potential development structures. He provides creative advice which is always solution driven.

As well as development projects, he deals with forward funding and forward sales, complex sales and purchases, sales and leasebacks, income strips transactions, shopping centre purchases, management and sales, and secured lending.
