Ru has 17 years of commercial property and development expertise and has worked for both public and private sector clients, ranging from the NHS, local authorities and registered providers to international retail clients.

She advises on a variety of matters, from general landlord and tenant matters to Development Agreements and restructuring of PFI schemes.

She has also acted on a substantial number of development projects, with a particular specialism in dealing with registered providers in connection with golden brick and new build residential projects for social housing and also was the property lead on a number of multi million pound new build NHS schemes, acting for the NHS and Local Authorities. She has also been a lead advisor for large registered providers in relation to the acquisition of multi million pound development schemes for a mix of housing and commercial use.
