Rachel manages claims commercially and cost effectively through strategic negotiation, mediation where appropriate and an in depth working knowledge of the law in this specialist area.

Rachel also specialises in property insolvency having advised on a number of the recent CVAs including a long-term involvement in the House of Fraser insolvency with close scrutiny of the CVA terms and the grounds for challenge.
