Assad advises commercial clients and public sector bodies on construction and projects.

He negotiates and drafts development agreements, building and engineering contracts and professional appointments. He has particular experience of advising on alliancing partnering and framework agreements. He advises on all aspects of education sector projects and also specialises in advising on large-scale social housing refurbishment schemes. Assad also specialises in advising on the integration of technology into construction projects.
