Advising and representing Lapis India Capital on arbitration proceedings concerning defaults by promoters in developing certain infrastructure projects and providing an exit to funds aggregating to over INR 2.6 billion.

Representing Sony Pictures Network India Private Limited on various litigations, including: (i) its challenges to statutory instruments issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India; (ii) a writ petition before the Bombay High Court challenging the order of Competition Commission of India to initiate investigation on the basis of a complaint filed by Noida Software Technology Park Ltd; and (iii) a commercial intellectual property suit before the Bombay High Court for infringement and passing off Sony marks and infringement of broadcast reproduction rights in relation to the FIFA World Cup.

Advising Vodafone Idea Limited on various issues and contentious matters, including: (i) general issues on protection of intellectual property; (ii) the challenge to Interconnection Usage Charges (IUC) before the Bombay High Court; (iii) the jurisdictional challenge to the Telecommunication Tariff (63rd Amendment) Order, 2018, before Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal.
