Ms. Xiao’s representative deals include advising in the acquisition of Guosheng Center in Dongzhimen by China Cinda, advising in IPO of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., advising in IPO of Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd., advising Beijing Jingneng thermal power Co., Ltd. in its asset restructuring and related financing, advising Beijing Sanyuan Foods in its acquisition of Sanlu Group, advising Sinochem Group in its group restructuring, advising Beijing State-owned Capital Management and Operation Center in the merger between Beijing Pharmaceutical Group and China Resources Pharmaceutical Group, advising in National Stadium Project in Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, advising in the preparation of APEC in Beijing, advising in the Stadium Project of 2015 World Championships, and advising in the PPP Project of Speed Skating Hall for 2022 Winter Olympic Games.
