Mr. Huang is a senior partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm. Before working in law firm, Mr. Huang had worked in renowned financial institutions as in-house counsel. In 2009, Mr. Huang started his career as a professional lawyer.

Mr. Huang advised various transnational and domestic insurance companies, asset management companies, trusts companies and securities companies on matters of Insurance & Reinsurance and Assets Management. His clients includes PICC, China Life Insurance, China Life Property & Casualty Insurance, China Expert & Credit Insurance, Pingan, CPIC, Taikang, Taiping, MetLife Insurance, Zurich Insurance, Allianz Insurance,etc.

With regard to the area of Infrastructure and Project Finance, Mr. Huang has extensive experience in advising local government and companies, including China State Construction, China Construction First Building (Group), Nanjing Fullshare Ltd, etc. In addition, Mr. Huang also provides legal services for financial institutions on infrastructure and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. His clients includes International Far Eastern Leasing Ltd., etc. Mr. Huang is also an expert awarded by Ministry of Finance PPP Center.
