Mr. Xu is one of the senior partners of Tian Yuan Law Firm, mainly practicing in insurance law area. 

• Insurance litigation and arbitration  i. Served as legal counsels for insurer and the insured on insurance-claim and subrogation cases arising from enterprises’ property insurance and personal insurance disputes;  ii. Represented China Insurance Regulatory Commission and its branches to deal with administrative litigations and administrative reconsideration. • Legal counsel of insurance companies  Served as legal counsels of dozens of insurance companies on their daily insur-ance business affairs, including China Life Insurance Co., Ltd., PICC, ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co., Ltd., Aetna Life Insurance Company, Huagui Life Insurance Co., Ltd.,. • Establishment and M&A of insurance companies  i. Has accomplished establishment for a number of insurance companies, such as Qianhai Reinsurance Co., Ltd., Huagui Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Yellow River Property Insurance Co., Ltd.;  ii. Has helped more than half of Chinese insurance companies on their controlling stake changes, including Huatai Insurance Group Co., Ltd., Shin Kong-HNA Life Insurance Co., Ltd. • Usage of insurance funds  Has provided legal services to dozens of insurance companies and insurance asset management companies on insurance capital usage, including Ping An Life In-surance Co., Ltd., Huatai Insurance Group Co., Ltd., Union Asset Management Co., Ltd., Taiping Asset Management Co., Ltd. Infrastructural Investment, Real Estate Investment, domestic and foreign Private Equity Fund, equity Investment, are the typical types of investment forms we are familiar with.
