Ms. Zhang joined Tian Yuan Law Firm in 2019 and is currently a partner of Tian Yuan Hong Kong. Ms. Zhang has more than 10 years of experience in Hong Kong capital markets and focuses on transactions in connection with Hong Kong listed issuers, especially initial public offerings, placings, mergers and acquisitions, and other related commercial matters. She also serves as compliance counsel for a number of Hong Kong listed companies and has extensive experience in private equity financing and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Tian Yuan Hong Kong, Ms. Zhang worked at several leading international law firms for many years. The clients Ms. Zhang has served over the years include domestic and foreign investment banks, securities firms, private equity funds and other institutions, as well as well-known enterprises in biotechnology, healthcare, TMT, financial securities and other industries.
