Ms Ren joined Tian Yuan Law Firm in 1995 and is now the executive director and partner of Tian Yuan Law Firm. During her practice of more than 20 years, Ms. Ren has mainly engaged in and specialized in investment and financing, M&A, private equity financing and other related legal services. She has in-depth professional research on legal issues related to real estate, cultural media, film and television, infrastructures such as port and wharf, etc.. In the field of real estate, Ms. Ren has rich experience in the acquisition of various kinds of real estate equities/assets, real estate financing, first-level land development, cross-border investment, senior housing, urban renewal, stadium project, convention and exhibition center projects, real estate PPP projects and so on; in the field of cultural media, she also has extensive experience in performing arts brokerage, film and television, music recording, variety show, cultural and tourist real estate, cultural derivative industry and so on.

Ms. Ren has ever provided legal services in respect of investment, financing, M&A and daily legal affairs for many state-owned enterprises, listed companies, offshore companies and investment institutions such as China Resources Land Limited, Sinotrans & CSC Holdings Co., Ltd., CCCC Dredging (Group) Company Limited, Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited, etc., winning the trust of clients and the high praise from the industry.
