He has worked extensively across borders with clients and advisors from over 60 countries worldwide. He brings a wealth of information & experience of working in major markets such as India, over 20 countries in the EU, USA, China, Iran & other central Asian countries, ASEAN & MENA regions.

He has worked extensively with companies wishing to enter the Indian market on one hand & Indian companies that wish to enter international markets. The services cover the entire lifecycle of a business starting from incorporation of legal structures, help with employment & immigration structures, assistance with finance, fund raising, finding business or joint venture partners and continues to help  make acquisitions or divestments for businesses within India & various jurisdictions all over the world.
