Emma-Jane advises a wide range of organisations in the education and healthcare sectors on all aspects of charity, company and trust law. She also provides specialist legal advice to further education colleges.

She has particular experience advising clients in these sectors in relation to major strategic change, constitutional review, maximising assets, mergers, disposals, acquisitions and good governance. Emma-Jane also works in our international law team.

Emma-Jane also specialises in advice on international education projects and UK education sector investment.

Emma-Jane is a trustee of Fairfield Farm College, an independent specialist college for young people with learning disabilities. She has also been a governor of an independent school that went through major strategic change. These experiences give her valuable insight into the day to day operational demands of schools, charities and care providers and she can give you practical, cost efficient solutions to your legal problems.
