Raweepun Pitakchatiwong, Ph.D. is a partner at Weerawong C&P. He has almost 20 years of professional legal experience. Raweepun has expertise in public law, administrative law, administrative litigation, corporate law, competition and antitrust, public-sector regulations and industrial regulations, such as telecommunications. He has vast experience both as in-house and ex-house counsel in commercial and complex business transactions, capital markets, consumer protection, personal data protection (PDPA), cybersecurity and dispute resolution. He has exceptional expertise in handling high-profile administrative court cases. He is a member of the Legal Committee of the House of Senate for Information and Communication Technology Law.
