Pat, our esteemed addition to the Siam Legal team, bringing forth over 30 years of invaluable expertise in business law and transactions. Pat's journey in the legal realm began at ILCT, where she honed her skills in foreign direct investment, company law, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, share sale and purchase, capital markets, and banking and finance.

With a decade of experience at ILCT, Pat transitioned to a new chapter, serving as Vice President and Head of Legal at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, a prominent French financial institution. Over the course of 12 years, she specialized in navigating the intricacies of financing and security documents, bank guarantees, various types of bonds, cross-border transactions, and related agreements.

Pat's commitment to excellence continued as she assumed the role of First Vice President under the Risk Management Department at Bank of China (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Here, she dedicated six years to overseeing legal matters pertaining to the bank's activities and products, contributing significantly to the institution's risk management strategies.

Now at Siam Legal, Pat is poised to leverage her extensive background and comprehensive understanding of company laws and banking and finance. Her wealth of experience positions her as a valuable asset, ready to provide strategic legal counsel and support to our clients.
