Pakorn Saichue (Poss) is the head of our Dispute Resolution Department. Having graduated from Mae Fah Luang University with both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Law, Pakorn holds a Lawyer Licence and Thai Barrister at Law credential. With fluency in both Thai and English, and legal experience spanning over eight years, Pakorn has extensive expertise in the litigation field. His areas of specialization include Civil, Commercial, Administrative, Labor and Bankruptcy Laws. His vast practice experience and dedication to achieving favourable outcomes for his clients render him a tenacious and highly persuasive courtroom advocate.
