Rocco Russo is an internationally recognised dispute resolution lawyer with expertise in court and tribunal matters, advocacy, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution.

He works across Australia to resolve disputes in the corporate and commercial, construction, property, insolvency, defamation and intellectual property fields, as well as representing clients in corporate investigations and commissions of inquiry. He has specific experience in complex, high value, business critical disputes, and has led large multi-disciplinary project teams in significant and high profile cases.

Since his admission in 1999, Rocco has dedicated his entire legal career to Cooper Grace Ward. Throughout this time, Rocco's exceptional abilities as a lawyer propelled him through numerous roles, culminating in his promotion to partner in 2004. Currently, Rocco serves as Leader of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, leveraging his extensive expertise and leadership skills to drive Cooper Grace Ward's success.

This expertise includes court and tribunal matters, advocacy, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution as well as significant experience in acting for insurers in professional liability matters.
