Mr Thuy, with over 13 years of experience in legal practice, is a Partner at LNT & Partners. He has successfully advised a number of foreign investors, domestic companies and regulatory agencies in Vietnam on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, labor and real estate law.

Furthermore, Mr Thuy also achieved the Best Graduation Thesis on competition law after graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He is frequently sought after for comments on drafts of legal regulations for investment law, enterprise law and planning law.
