Mr. Henry Lin is an attorney at Lin & Partners specializing in civil and financial matters covering dispute resolution, corporate/M&A and financial transactions. In addition, Mr. Lin is a locally well-known lawyer and columnist in the field of blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations. Henry also has hands-on experience in criminal defense, administrative law and IP law in Taiwan. Henry received his LL.B from Soochow University and an LL.M from the National Taipei University specializing in financial and economic laws. Prior to joining Lin & Partners, Henry was a legal consultant to a blockchain consulting company.
