Rashmi’s area of practice is primarily in the areas of general corporate law and commercial contracts, SEBI related matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, etc. She has worked on SEBI regulations dealing with takeover code, investment advisors, listing and delisting, preferential allotment, public offerings and Securities Contracts Regulation Act provisions and assisted on drafting applications to SEBI and stock exchanges for exemption under SEBI Takeover Code. She has conducted due diligence for companies in various sectors like medical and health, food processing, manufacturing sector, IT and software etc while advising on a broad spectrum of private equity transactions. She has extensively worked on various mergers including Court related mergers.

Rashmi holds a B.A., L.L.B degree from the Bangalore University, Bangalore India.
