Career

David is an employment, workplace relations and safety specialist. He is a recognised expert in this area and has exceptional litigation and advocacy skills.

David regularly represents clients in the public and private sectors in unfair dismissal, sexual harassment, discrimination and adverse action cases.  He provides insight, particularly at Board level, on bullying and harassment, termination of employment and industrial relations issues, having run some of the country’s leading cases in these areas.

David assists Boards, CEOs, legal counsel, HR and workers’ compensation executives to get to the heart of employment issues quickly and provides advice on the appropriate actions they should take. He considers the bigger picture and gives advice that’s both practical and protective.

David has high level teaching and training credentials and is a former lecturer in employment law at the University of Western Sydney and the University of Technology, Sydney.
