Stephen practices across a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation matters. Previously a founding partner of Tottle Partners, Stephen joined Thomson Geer in 2024 after being in practice for more than 30 years.

Routinely appearing as counsel for clients in corporate and commercial litigation matters, Stephen is also experienced in domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, farm ins and partnership and contracting arrangements.

Stephen has significant experience acting in complex commercial and corporate litigation in the superior courts as well as in relation to major fraud investigations and litigation. He acts in jurisdictional disputes extradition, group and class action litigation, corporate insolvency, schemes of arrangement and other reconstructions, Takeovers Panel applications, and ASIC investigations and prosecutions.

Acting for a broad range of commercial clients from high net worth individuals through to ASX listed entities, Stephen’s clients also include not for profit groups as well as professional services firms.

Stephen is an experienced listed company director.
