Justin is a specialist real estate lawyer who advises on the full spectrum of property law to his diverse range of corporate, public sector and infrastructure clients.

Justin's clients appreciate his focus on providing practical, commercially based property advice in plain language which assists in positive negotiations, solving problems and facilitating successful transactions.

He advises corporate clients and government clients across a range of industry sectors. This includes major retailers, petrol companies, hardware chains, fitness centre chains, national and multi-national companies, international student accommodation developers, hotel and leisure companies, State and Commonwealth government, local councils, property funds and major commercial landlords, shopping centre owners, banks and financial institutions.

Justin's expertise includes acquisitions, disposals, property development (including strata and mixed use), property management, leasing, easements, due diligence, joint ventures, infrastructure contracts, heritage management (including Aboriginal heritage), tenders and probity, licences, client precedents and memoranda of understanding.

Justin has recently been recognised in Doyle’s Guide (2018) as a "recommended" Australian Property & Real Estate lawyer, as a "leading" lawyer in the NSW Property & Real Estate market, and as a "recommended" NSW lawyer in the area of Leasing law.
