Emma-Jane is a financial services, insolvency and reconstruction lawyer based in Melbourne. Her areas of expertise are corporate and personal insolvency, contentious banking litigation and advisory work.

Emma-Jane has more than 17 years' experience in advising major banks, financial institutions and lenders in relation to personal and corporate insolvency issues, security documents and complex enforcement issues throughout Victoria, as well as in relation to frauds, forgeries and non-lending losses.

Her insolvency experience includes advising insolvency practitioners, creditors, debtors and directors, including in relation to receivership, voluntary administration and liquidation, and providing advice on technical issues including the scope of securities and voidable transactions.

Having worked in litigious practice groups for more than 17 years, Emma-Jane also has extensive general litigation expertise in all Victorian and Federal Courts, including the High Court of Australia.
