Junior Associate

Nicha Au-Yeung predominately focuses on corporate and commercial legal issues as well as mergers and acquisitions. She has also assisted a wide spectrum of industries in identifying various legal issues and complying with the applicable laws in their undertakings including matters relating to properties, foreign investment, media and advertisement, and personal data protection law. She often coordinates with relevant government officials to apply for required licenses and also deals with the Ministry of Commerce in respect of company registrations.
