Jessica is a partner in the Banking and Finance department in Paris. I am particularly involved in LBO and corporate finance transactions.

I advise lenders (debt funds, mezzanine funds or banks), borrowers or sponsors in their LBO or corporate financing transactions, with a national or international dimension.

I also have significant experience in debt restructurings where I have advised lenders on several lenders' led transactions.
