David is a Partner at the Budapest office of Bird & Bird and has been practising law in Central and Eastern Europe for over 25 years.

He specialises in international and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as in private equity and real estate transactions. He also has expertise in the energy, health care and communications sectors.

David has been a guest lecturer at Eötvös Loránd University Law School in Budapest and at the Central European University Legal Studies Programme.
