Position

Kimia is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation department and advises clients in both local and international disputes, under various jurisdictions and governing laws. Kimia also assists the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department, having completed a six-month seat with them during her Training Contract.

Education

In June 2014 Kimia graduated from the University of Kent with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. She completed her Electives in Company Law and Capitalism, Intellectual Property, Labour Law and Law and International Development.

In September 2015 Kimia obtained her Masters in Laws in International Business Law at King’s College London, covering Modules in International Law of Finance, International Mooting and Corporate Restructuring, International Trade and Shipping Law, Transnational Corporate Governance and International Investment Law.

Finally, in June 2018, whilst completing her Training Contract, Kimia completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, covering Electives in International Arbitration, International Capital Markets and International Mergers and Acquisitions.
