As a senior associate at Bird & Bird in Helsinki, Matti Kuokkanen advises our domestic and international clients on matters relating to corporate law and corporate transactions. Matti is a member of Bird & Bird’s Corporate and M&A group.

Matti is a member of our international Corporate and M&A group. He regularly advises our domestic and international clients on corporate transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Matti is frequently involved in assignments relating to financing, regulatory advisory of financial institutions and capital markets.

Before joining Bird & Bird, Matti worked as legal counsel for a pension insurance company. His responsibilities included the legal and compliance matters of its investment unit. Due to his background, Matti has a good understanding of the needs of in-house legal teams.
