Maciej Georg is head of the Financing Transactions Desk in Bird & Bird's Warsaw office. 

Since 1997 he has been working in Polish and international law firms. He specialises in advising on property financing transactions, as well as corporate, acquisition and leveraged finance projects, acting for both domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions, as well as for entities acting as borrowers. Maciej also represents domestic and foreign contractors in public procurement proceedings, and in related litigations before the National Appeal Chamber and common courts.

Maciej works in Polish and English.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
