I am a Senior Associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation group in Milan with significant expertise in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions.

I advise arrangers, investors, originators, issuers and other market participants on a broad spectrum of securitisation transactions involving various asset classes, as well as commercial paper programmes and other debt instruments.

My expertise also extends to advising investment funds and fintech platforms in structuring and executing complex financing transactions, as well as navigating regulatory challenges.
