Corrado is partner of the Finance and Debt Capital Markets Department of Hogan Lovells' Milan office. He has developed an extensive experience in banking and finance, focusing on structured finance transactions. He regularly advises lenders, borrowers, arrangers, managers, underwriters, issuers, originators, representatives of the noteholders and swap counterparties in connection with a wide range of banking and finance deals, involving various asset classes and financial structures. Corrado joined Hogan Lovells in July 2009, after having spent eight years in the Milan and London offices of Clifford Chance and five years in the Milan office of Simmons & Simmons.
