I have in-depth knowledge of banking and finance and navigate clients, advise lenders, borrowers, arrangers, managers, underwriters, issuers, originators, representatives of the note holders and swap counterparties in connection with a wide range of banking and finance deals, involving various asset classes and financial structures.
I am a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, focusing on topics related to Green Bonds and ESG Certificates and Structured Products, aimed at discussing new opportunities and challenges in this evolving market landscape.
