Position

I am a partner in the Paris IP team. I am a patent litigator with a dual legal and engineering background (optics, electronics). I am qualified as both a French attorney-at-law and a European patent attorney.

Career

Thanks to my dual background and qualification, I can represent clients in patent litigation before French courts, the Unified Patent Court (UPC), the European Patent Office (EPO) and the French Patent Office (INPI). While I am mostly known for my patent litigation skillset, I am a versatile patent practitioner who can cover all patent-related aspects, including not only litigation but also portfolio management, prosecution, transaction, and licensing. My practice covers a wide range of industries, including telecommunication, electronics, automotive and life science. Apart from patents, I also have a solid experience in trade secrets, unfair competition, and parasitism.

My clients appreciate my holistic approach to patent litigation matters, as well as my ability to handle legal, technical and business issues all at once to propose creative and tailored strategies.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I was a partner in another international law firm.
