Bertrand is a partner in our International Corporate Group, based in Paris.

Position

Bertrand is specialized in M&A transactions and more particularly in LBO transactions. He advises French and foreign investment funds as well as corporations for their acquisitions or divestment processes in France or abroad. Bertrand also focuses in the Tech sector and assists his clients for their M&A Tech transactions. Bertrand has been involved in very high profile LBO and M&A transactions, giving him significant expertise in the French market.

Education

Bertrand was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005. He graduated from HEC Paris, school of management and also holds a postgraduate degree in International Taxation from the University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas.
