Position

Katarina is the head of the Employment Group in Stockholm. She is also co-head of the International Employee Incentives and Benefits Group.

Katarina has been involved in many extensive mergers and acquisitions transactions, nationally and internationally and has longstanding experience in providing corporate employment advice mainly to clients active in the Financial Services, Information Technology (IT), Media, Life Sciences and Food and Beverage Sectors.

Advice to clients encompasses the full range of human resources (HR) services; Katarina is a trusted advisor on management contracts, incentives and benefit programmes, pension and insurance, collective employment issues, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and other loyalty issues. Advising international corporations with mobile workforces, she has further developed a practice where all aspects of business migration are managed in an efficient way.

Katarina is an experienced litigator within the employment and benefits field, advising clients in court disputes as well as arbitration.

In the field of work environment, Katarina advises on the full range of workplace safety issues and how to manage them effectively, including developing appropriate policies and procedures. This includes advice on corporations’ liability to prevent health hazards in the work place as well as managing disputes arising from workplace injuries and accidents.
