Position
Ola is a partner in our International Corporate Group, based in Stockholm.
His practice focuses on all aspects of capital markets transactions and financial regulation within both the Nordic region and internationally, representing issuers, underwriters, shareholders, bidders and other capital markets participants in relation to all types of capital market matters, including initial public offerings, rights issues, public takeovers, underwritings, buyback programmes, share and share-related incentive programmes, and capital markets regulation. In addition, he advises on other aspects of financial regulation and the establishment of private equity fund structures.
Ola’s background includes positions as head of the capital markets practices at Swedish firms Hamilton and Törngren Magnell as well as ten years as an associate in the capital markets’ group of the leading domestic firm Vinge. Ola’s background also includes four years as Nordic Head of Legal for ABN Amro Bank and then leading Nordic investment bank Alfred Berg, a subsidiary of ABN Amro’s.
