Career
Adriano is a lawyer with a strong passion for new technology. His goal is to provide practical solutions to complex issues.
He has a wealth of experience in Privacy, Data Protection and Security. He assists Italian and international clients in managing and protecting their information assets by providing advice (legal opinions, privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default assessments, data protection impact assessments, implementing IoT and M2M solutions, management of complex programmes in service digitalisation and audits) aimed at ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
He also has extensive experience in managing data breaches and security incidents, as well as audit activities and assistance in proceedings before the Italian Data Protection Authority.
He works with clients in many sectors – including but not limited to automotive, life sciences and healthcare, new technologies, energy, financial services, media, entertainment, sports, insurance, digital services, telecommunications, OTT, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and online services providers.
He is author and co-author of various articles and publications for Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre; Thomson Reuters (Practical Law), Law Business Research (Getting The Deal Through), Data Guidance, International Comparative Legal Guides (GLG), Il Sole 24 Ore (Diritto 24), MediaLaws, Iris Merlin and AboutPharma online.
He is also a lecturer for masters’ courses, conferences and training workshops.
