Position
José Miguel is a Partner in the Bird & Bird’s Intellectual Property department in the Madrid office.
He has more than 22 years of experience as an IP litigator, focused on advising clients on the protection and commercialization of intangible assets, the negotiation and drafting of licences and assignment agreements of trademarks, patents, utility models, designs, copyrights and trade secrets.
He has vast experience in filing judicial actions before the Courts regarding the infringement and validity of intellectual property rights and unfair competition in all fields of technology. He also has significant experience enforcing standard essential patents/on FRAND litigation in Spain.
