Tamás is a Special Consultant in our Banking & Finance Group in Budapest, where he advises Hungarian and international financial institutions, developers, borrowers and sponsors on complex financing transactions, including acquisition and project financing, refinancing and debt restructuring.

With over 20 years’ experience specialising in banking and finance, project finance, restructuring, and corporate and bankruptcy and insolvency law, he advises on financing matters, including power plant and other infrastructure projects. He has specialist experience in insolvency law matters and with construction contracts related to real estate and infrastructure.
