Mohammad Shine began his career in 2005 from the chamber of renowned criminal defence lawyer Mr. Majeed Memon, who is also an ex-member of the Parliament.

A Mumbai University Law Graduate, Shine also holds an MBA and a Diploma in Cyber Laws.

In his experience of over 16 years Mohammad Shine has methodically and proficiently conducted civil and criminal trials, handled complex matters of matrimonial disputes and domestic violence cases, intricately argued matters of Bail and Anticipatory bail which has led him to achieve unbelievable orders in favour of his Clients. In addition to his criminal practice Mohammad Shine also competently handles civil litigation and regularly advises individual clients and companies on matters pertaining to real estate and property disputes, succession and testaments, competition law, debt recovery, liquidation and winding up of companies.

Mohammad Shine is a regular face before the Hon'ble District courts, Hon'ble Magistrate courts and the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay. Apart from being a known counsel in Bombay, his practice involves appearance in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and courts spread across different states in India.

In addition to his legal practice, Mohammad Shine believes in imparting practical and theoretical knowledge. He has been involved in educational activities and has been invited by reputed colleges as guest lecturer in criminal law for time to time.
