Dinesh Kadam leads the Criminal Litigation and ground support team for the firm. He works with a strong team of lawyers who assist clients with local police station assistance and with the Crime Branch, Customs, Immigration support and Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police. Dinesh has been assisting various clients on matters of Society irregularities, Domestic Violence, Blood Crimes, Serious Economic Fraud and Land / Real Estate Conflicts.

Mr. Kadam is also an integral part of the firm's White Collar Crime and Criminal Compliance teams. He  has successfully handled various civil disputes pertaining to Labour Laws, Customs Laws and Motor Vehicle Laws. He has successfully advised and represented clients on real estate matters of Tenancy and Land Laws. Additionally, he is a known name in the areas of commercial arbitrations and cross border litigation matters, compliance mandates and provides general corporate advisory services as well. He regularly advises companies, HNI and public figures as well as banks and other financial institutions on behalf of MZM Legal.
