Wendy is a Partner & Co-Head of the Contested Probate Department.

Wendy advises on all issues arising from Will, Probate and Trust disputes.  This includes Will validity claims, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel claims, and trustee/executor disputes.  Wendy acts for Claimants or Defendants.

Wendy is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) which is a recognised qualification showing specialism in this area of work.

Wendy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
