We have extensive experiences in handling disputes which necessitate simultaneous litigation of parallel issues in multiple jurisdictions with different laws, languages, and cultures. Cooperating with a number of elite international firms, we have represented clients in complex matters with parallel actions in the China mainland, the HK SAR, the U.S., Europe, and U.K. We work closely with the other legal team to coordinate proceedings in different jurisdictions, and, sometimes in the face of conflicting situations and laws, to effectively achieve the goals of our clients.
